Level 1- Foundations of Creative Problem Solving (Virtual)

Level 1 is held 3:00-5:00pm EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9/14, 9/16, 9/21, 9/23, 9/28, 9/30, 10/5, 10/7
We solve problems everyday - wouldn't it be great if you could solve them faster and better? CPS Level 1 - Foundations of Creative Problem Solving teaches you how to access your creative mindset, what the Osborn Parnes Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model is and how to use it effectively, what your personal preferences are in relation to how you solve problems, and much more. This dynamic virtual course is powered by small group interactions, professionally facilitated sessions, and synchronous and asynchronous learning. This is a can't miss course for anyone who wants to learn to solve complex problems more effectively, individually or as part of a group.

Level 2- Creative Problem Solving Tools (Virtual)

Level 2 is held 3:00-5:00pm EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10/12, 10/14, 10/19, 10/21, 10/26, 10/28, 11/2, 11/4

In the same way that humans need a hammer to drive in a nail, we often need tools to help us manage steps of the Creative Problem Solving process where we have low preference or limited experience. CPS Level 2 - Creative Problem Solving Tools is a fast-paced journey through some of the "gold standard" tools that make CPS even more effective. A strong understanding of the Osborn Parnes Creative Problem Solving model is required to keep pace in this course. The small cohort-focused virtual classroom is enhanced with asynchronous learning and group interaction outside of the prescribed synchronous class times. Participants in this course will master several key tools for using the CPS process with greater success. Take this course if you already know the Osborn Parnes CPS process and are ready to power up your practice with an array of CPS tools.
